We got some useful results from our work . 1 , in a typical magnetic field intensity spin - valve gmr is not sensitive with the magnetic field intensity but it is sensitive with the direction of magnetic field , and we got some useful data ; so it ' s very useful in angular sensors applications ; and also it has some advantages when sensor is assembled since it ' s not sensitive with the magnetic field intensity 通過課題的工作,獲得了以下幾個(gè)有意義的結(jié)果: 1 ,一定大小的外磁場范圍內(nèi),自旋閥gmr對磁場大小不敏感,而僅對外磁場的方向敏感,并獲得了相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù);表明自旋閥gmr芯片在角度傳感器上有很大的應(yīng)用價(jià)值;并且由于它對一定范圍內(nèi)的外磁場大小不敏感,從而降低了傳感器的裝配難度。
